All you can eat!!!!! It was about $37 per person, You can get up to two different soup bases! 4 type of meets each round!!! Meats are thin, lean, fatty and everything in between. The flavor of everything was amazing. Our server was great and explained how we order the first time and what it looks like the second time you order. I know you're not supposed to get rice... but I had a bowl of their curry rice and it was SOOO good. Pretty sure we rolled out of there.

Came for dinner when it was so-so busy, half the restaurant was filled. You can ask for tongs and spicy drops. Had shabu shabu and went with the seasonal spicy tomato which had average heat, a bit less than Tapatio, and tonkatsu. Both broths were very flavorful on their own. The pot took a while to start boiling but stayed hot even after adding in food. Loved the fish balls with roe. The meats were cut thinly and cooked up very fast. House made meatball mix is tasty! Not very firm once cooked up but juicy and delicious. Veggies were plentiful and fresh, no wilting or dark spots. Wife loved that the shrimp was deveined and peeled. Red Lobster AYCE shrimp step aside! Service was surprisingly fast considering people were constantly putting in orders. No shame in ordering a little or a lot. Dinner was priced well for AYCE shabu. Would 100% come back.

My husband and I came on a Friday at lunchtime. It seemed pretty quiet, perfect for us! We stuck with the basic AYCE menu, and it was plenty for the two of us. We liked the beef belly and pork belly most since the meat-fat ratio was great. The pork shoulder could taste a little dry, but the sauces helped out a bit. We also enjoyed the curry rice and paired it with other items from the menu. I really like the sesame sauce mixed with some garlic, chili, and yuzu. Service was great! Friendly and quick. There's plenty of parking in the lot.

I guess I came here 9 years ago, and came back again a couple days ago! My son absolutely loved the AYCE and sat at the bar. Great veggies, meat, etc. We will be back!!

My brother had recommended Shin-Sen-Gumi Shabu Shabu since he used to live in Torrance. After returning to LAX after an international trip, I decided to finally try it since we would be passing by Gardena on the way home. Parking in the parking lot was plentiful, and since we arrived around 11:50AM (only 20 minutes after opening at 11:30AM, lunch only served on Saturdays and Sundays FYI, but dinner every day), the restaurant only had two other parties dining in. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. As it was our first time here, the servers had to explain how to order everything on the paper slips. The interior was clean and modern, with a mix of counter/bar and table seating. As for the food itself, I did feel like the menu was a bit more limited, even if it were all-you-can-eat. There is no sauce bar, but you can request a base sauce and toppings to add-in. There are only four cuts of unlimited meat included (two pork + two beef), with wagyu beef available for an additional per-plate cost. The curry rice was tasty though, and the veggie plate was adequate. The beef/pork meatballs were not the texture I expected, and were crumbly as opposed to the dense paste I am used to from Asian hotpot meatballs. Overall, the broth and food were tasty, I just am not sure the value was there at this price point ($37.99 + tax as of January 2025). There is a 90-minute time limit for eating in.

My favorite shabu place in Gardena by far been coming here for years now and they never ever disappoint . I suggest reservations on the weekends and evenings to avoid a wait but it's never more than 40 min Service was maxing about out to Jake for providing us exceptional service and making pretty awesome suggestions . Will definitely be going back
